As an Operations Analyst in Trade and Working Capital Operations, you play a pivotal role within the Trade & Working Capital operations team. You will support the delivery of business solutions for trade finance products, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your expertise ensures compliance with international guidelines and bank policies while managing risk across diverse trade finance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily operations for trade finance products.
• Handle and turn around transactions within agreed service level agreements.
• Follow, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures for all processes.
• Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Actively engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and facilitate smooth migrations.
• Ensure effective adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Graduate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Trade Finance Operations.
• Proficient in URC, UCP, URR, and ISBP guidelines.
• Subject matter expertise in LC issuance, advising, confirmation, and document checking.
• Strong understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Experience handling payment messages such as MT103, MT202, and MT101.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Certified Documentary Credit Specialist CDCS certification from IFSA London.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
