As a Process Automation Senior Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will work with us to implement critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas, supporting the firm's business objectives. You will focus on automating processes within the European Legal Entity JPMSE by leveraging automation and analytical tools to improve workflows. You will be part of a highly qualified team that values your insights and fosters professional growth. Together, we create solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with technology using Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, and Pega to create low-code automation for existing processes.
  • Develop and support process automation engagements, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize intelligent automation solutions to automate functions and deliver benefits such as capacity creation, risk reduction, and streamlined operations.
  • Lead and support the implementation of intelligent solution projects.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in automation and solution development with tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, Pega, or Power Platform.
  • Certification in relevant technologies: Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, or Pega.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, OLTP, OLAP).
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Power App, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with LLM technologies such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Agentic AI.
