Software Engineer III - Java/ Python - AIML

Job responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains scalable and efficient software applications and systems for AI projects.
  • Collaborates with various teams and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implements and optimizes algorithms and models for AI applications.
  • Writes clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participates in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves software defects and issues.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and software development technologies.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with one or more languages( Java, Golang)
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangGraph, GoogleADK, MCP).
  • Familiarity with AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with natural language processing, GenAI and Agentic workflows.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Infra as code (Terraform)
