DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions and break down technical problems. Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors. Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others. Drive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems. Optimize code and business processes, providing guidance to customers, as well as feedback to Markets businesses. Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert in front office risk management across macro product classes including rates and FX. Participate in a rotation for both on-call and online support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Business Data Intelligence Developer, Front-Office Developer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Developing solutions for quantitative finance; Delivering system design; Application development; Application testing; Delivering operational stability; Developing solutions to manage the trade life cycle; Developing solutions to compute and report mark to market (MTM); Developing solutions to compute and report profit and loss (PnL); Developing solutions within risk management in financial services; Developing maintainable programming and code design using Python; Working within a global team to deliver software; and Agile SDLC.

Full-Time. Salary: $216,000 - $260,000 per year.
