As a Senior VP FICC Markets Ops Transformation PMO Lead within the Transformation team, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and oversee the Project Management Office. You will be responsible for driving the transformation agenda, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering effective governance, project execution, and portfolio management across global transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define, implement, challenge, and track the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support the delivery of transformation programs, including process reengineering, automation, and digital initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools for transformation programs.
  • Establish and maintain risk and issue management frameworks, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation, and resolution of dependencies.
  • Oversee the portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing data-driven insights, performance metrics, and regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive summaries, portfolio status reports, management reports, dashboards, and presentations for business heads and senior stakeholders.
  • Design and drive effective communication and collaboration across Operations, Technology, Product, and partner teams.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, support change management, and manage the impacts of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and best practice adoption, championing a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, headcount tracking, resource planning, allocation, and talent development for transformation initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience in PMO, project/program management, business management, or operations roles within financial services.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation programs, establishing PMOs, and implementing project management standards.
  • Strong understanding of Markets Operations, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • PMO experience in CIB/Markets would be preferred
  • Experience with project management and data analytics tools such as MS Project, MyPM, JIRA, Clarity would be a plus.
