Senior Recruiter - Product & Design/Experience

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter, Vice President to join our Product & Experience (P&E) Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a trusted hiring partner to senior leaders across Product, Design, Experience, and adjacent disciplines, driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized, senior-level roles that are critical to the firm's digital and customer experience strategy.

As a Senior Recruiter, Vice President within our Product & Experience (P&E) Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as a trusted hiring partner to senior leaders across Product, Design, Experience, and adjacent disciplines.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level Product, Design, and Experience roles, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Experience Researchers, Content Designers, and specialized product-adjacent disciplines.


  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and TA leadership to understand workforce needs, align on hiring priorities, and deliver effective recruiting strategies.


  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies that attract top-tier, diverse talent in competitive and niche markets, leveraging proactive sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence.


  • Act as a subject matter expert on Product and Design talent markets, advising stakeholders on talent availability, role scoping, leveling, and competitive compensation considerations.


  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, inclusive, and professional approach aligned to JPMorgan Chase's brand and values.


  • Navigate complex hiring scenarios including backfills, restructures, and emerging capability builds while maintaining delivery quality and speed.


  • Influence hiring outcomes by providing data-backed recommendations and thoughtful challenge to stakeholders when needed.


  • Mentor and support junior recruiters and contingent teammates, contributing to skill development, knowledge sharing, and overall team effectiveness.


  • Partner with TA operations and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and governance standards throughout the recruiting lifecycle.


  • Leverage data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required


  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Product, Design, Experience, or technology-adjacent recruiting.


  • Demonstrated success recruiting senior-level and specialized talent within large, matrixed organizations or highly regarded search firms.


  • Strong understanding of Product and Design role profiles, career paths, and hiring standards within modern product organizations.


  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.


  • Excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex requisitions in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.


  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Advanced degree preferred
