Senior Project Associate Workforce Insights Employee Voice

As a Senior Project Associate in Employee Voice, you play a critical role in driving impactful projects that enhance both product success and customer experience. Your work is supported by user research and customer feedback, fueling the creation of innovative solutions and the continuous improvement of existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, shape the future of our products, and contribute to ongoing success through employee experience surveys and customer-focused initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Project Manager to identify new project opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support project development and execution.
  • Support the implementation of the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and other surveys within the listening strategy, including those focused on employee and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage existing employee research and develop new tools/surveys to support data and information needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert/consultant on survey content, administration, and analysis/reporting for projects conducted across the firm.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage survey and other research data to generate insights on firmwide culture, management practices, and customer experience.
  • Ensure all appropriate data privacy, security, and controls requirements are incorporated into all survey and project processes.
  • Interpret employee survey and research data, seeking insights to share with leadership teams and COEs to enhance products and customer experiences.
  • Prepare executive presentations highlighting insights for business leaders, focusing on project impact and customer experience improvements.
  • Partner with HR CDAO and other firmwide groups (Communications, Workforce Technology, Data Privacy, DOI) as needed to maximize the use of employee data and support project and customer experience initiatives.
  • Work with the HR Advisory community to ensure they are equipped to help clients understand employee data and its impact on products and customer experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management, product management, or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the project and product development life cycle.
  • Experience in project life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Knowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, such as surveys.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel.
  • Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through appealing data-driven visualizations (PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or other Behavioral Science.
