As an Associate supporting Product Adoption, you'll promote adoption across the product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to enhance the digital employee experience. Your role involves documentation, employee communications, and leveraging analytics to influence product decisions, ensuring a seamless adoption experience.

As the Associate supporting Product Adoption within the digital employee experience team, you are responsible for helping to promote adoption through the entire product lifecycle work across all Chief Administration Office, Human Resources, and Technology.

Success in this position involves overseeing a myriad of surface and component teams within Employee Channels and influencing their books of work to deliver a harmonized adoption experience. The individual will enable the adoption of employee experience products through predetermined standards across Employee Experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a firmwide channels product adoption strategy that defines, then drives implementation of our new and existing employee experience products. Hold teams accountable to alignment and delivery of products in a timely manner by actively engaging leadership and establishing relevant cadences/ routines.
  • Create migration and adoption plans. Drive the product adoption lifecycle with Product management and cross-functional business leaders to ensure internal teams and customers are ready for GA releases. Drive adoption and manage the intake process with new customers.
  • Actively support the preparation of materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews in relation to Product Adoption with executive stakeholders; develop the narrative of EX Adoption Standard and quantify with results.
  • Partner with the GM and Business manager strategy team(s), to regularly analyze portfolio adoption performance and leverage insights to make data driven roadmap decisions. Monitor on an ongoing basis to ensure continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple adoption projects, set timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to create clear documentation, presentations, and training materials.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data and analytics to track adoption progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Training & Enablement: Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding user needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the adoption process.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with relevant platforms, tools, or systems to support adoption activities (e.g., design systems, developer platforms, analytics tools).
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholder across multiple functions
  • Experience with Jira and agile methodologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with design systems and front-end technologies.
