Senior Product Delivery Associate - Fulfillment Archive Services

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Fulfillment and Archive Services, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Own and drive execution and delivery for large, complex projects, ensuring all project management controls are followed
  • Develop and communicate clear program plans, executive summaries, and project status updates
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resources, coordinating with stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to stay updated on activities and manage the book of work
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
  • Continuously assess and improve delivery processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lead lessons learned sessions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • 4+ years of Project Manager experience, ideally in banking or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes with a track record of driving continuous improvement
  • Experience in release management, deployment processes, and strategies across products or platforms
  • Skilled in working within matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with effective communication at all levels
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Proficient knowledge of the product design, and data analytics
  • Master's Degree, PMP Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of features being delivered
  • Excellent adaptability to pivot strategies and respond to changing circumstances
  • Experience with regulatory, compliance, and risk management in banking
