As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer Banking Account Opening, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Drafts and documents detailed project plans in collaboration with the Product Manager, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Communicates project plans to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understand of roles, responsibilities and timelines
- Coordinates with team members and other departments to ensure resources are allocated according to the documented project plan
- Tracks project progress against the documented plan, identifying any deviations and reporting them to the Product Manager
- Provides regular updates to stakeholders on project status, changes, and any issues that may impact delivery
- Maintains a log of project issues and works with the Product Manager to resolve them efficiently
- Analyzes project outcomes and documentation to identify areas for improvement in future project planning and execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project plans, updates, and requirements to diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their engagement and support.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Align, Microsoft Excel, Confluence, SharePoint) to effectively manage and track project progress
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project documentation and deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in the consumer banking or financial services industry
- Experience with Deposit Account origination process is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate customer feedback and insights into product delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction
