Senior Product Delivery Associate - AI Foundations

As a Sr Product Delivery Associate within the AI Foundations team at JPMorganChase, you will play a critical role in coordinating and advancing the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms that underpin the firm's strategic technology agenda. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders - ensuring that complex, cross-functional initiatives move forward with clarity, accountability, and momentum. Your contributions will directly shape how AI capabilities are built, deployed, and scaled across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates end-to-end product delivery activities across AI Foundations initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively tracked and communicated
  • Partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, delivery timelines, and success criteria
  • Facilitates agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain team velocity and focus
  • Identifies and escalate delivery blockers, risks, and issues in a timely manner, driving resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Develops and maintain delivery artifacts including roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and release plans to ensure transparency across stakeholders
  • Supports the intake, scoping, and prioritization of new AI product requests in alignment with strategic objectives
  • Monitors and report on key delivery metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement in team performance and product outcomes
  • Contributes to the evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices within the AI Foundations organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing delivery of technology or data-driven products in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating and maintaining delivery documentation including roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs
  • Ability to analyze delivery data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with Claude and Copilot

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data platform product delivery
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle, from model development through production deployment
  • Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
  • Agile or project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CSPO, or equivalent)
  • Experience working within large, matrixed financial services or technology organizations
