Senior Product Associate - Rewards

As a Senior Product Associate in Connected Commerce on the Rewards team you will help implement exciting new features that will make our Chase Rewards products smarter, more personalized, and more valuable for all our customers. You will leverage deep customer insights and data intelligence to drive excellence at scale, planning and sequencing initiatives to maximize business impact and speed to market. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication to lead a cross-functional team in developing and executing implementation plans, while also analyzing potential risks and benefits. You will be someone with experience in Agile Program Management who can navigate a highly matrixed organization to launch fast-paced strategic priorities. Job responsibilities:

  • Grow into a subject matter expert on Rewards and Loyalty user experience as well as your assigned rewards product area.
  • Partner with our tech teams within their sprint cycles to be sure all epics and stories are clearly defined with specific acceptance criteria and delivered on time. Help drive the completion of business epics and the removal of blockers.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery following the Project Life Cycle. Responsible for development of project plans, metrics, risk/issues, decision logs, and other project artifacts.
  • Provide support on weekly reporting and program update efforts across a variety of forums.
  • Partner with key business and technology partners to analyze business/operational processes, identify business and operational requirements, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.
  • Manage one or more fast-paced, complex, cross-functional projects that have significant impact on the business with C-level visibility.
  • Lead your stakeholders and cross functional teams to achieve the best business value possible.
  • Collaborate storytelling to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment for your work.
  • Develop and manage integrated plans, working effectively at all levels and providing progress communications to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with executive level leadership product needs, progress and business challenges.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years of product, program management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement. Proven track record of delivery in fast paced environments.
  • Ability to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities, and clearly communicate those ideas to all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to communicate openly, be transparent, be open and receptive to diverse ideas from different stakeholders, with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Flexibility to influence and partner across a large, highly matrixed organization and drive change through promoting a culture of collaboration across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to cross-functional partners up and down the chain.
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) JIRA, Confluence Tools.
