Senior Product Associate - Platform Capabilities - Global Banking Platform

As a Senior Product Analyst for Platform capabilities for Global Banking Platform, you will work with Area Product Owner to set the product vision, create roadmap ,prioritize backlog and partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to innovate/build GBP's platform capabilities to run the core customer ledger.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Area Product Owner to develop the roadmap and vision for platform capabilities, prioritize the backlog, and assist in the overall delivery process.
- Be accessible to scrum teams to provide answers and clarify requirements.
- Review sprint outcomes and assist with release planning.
- Work with various APG teams within the Global Banking Platform to create and implement new platform features as a Functional and Technical Subject Matter Expert on platform capabilities,
- Maintain a strong emphasis on \"building the right thing in the right way\" to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct data analytics and leverage data and metrics to drive decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years experience working in engineering, technology, innovation, business strategy, analytics, new product development
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering etc)
- Proficiency in Agile methodology. Knowledge of JIRA to do product planning and Sprints.
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts - AWS certification
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams and ability to partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledge
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
- Experience using data analytics and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities;
- Good understanding in microservice architecture and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Domain knowledge in Core Banking (ex: Deposits, Credit Card, Lending)
