Senior Product Associate - Identity

As a Senior Product Associate in Identity, you help develop and deliver identity solutions, including identity verification, identity life cycle management, and digital identity products. You work cross-functionally to support product launches, gather feedback, and help improve adoption and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Support client and partner conversations by representing the product and capturing feedback for the team
  • Execute go-to-market activities by helping coordinate launches, enablement materials, and rollout steps
  • Track and report product adoption and key performance indicators, including pipeline, usage, and client feedback
  • Build simple pricing and packaging analyses by gathering inputs, documenting trade-offs, and preparing materials for stakeholder review
  • Research partners and ecosystem options and summarize findings to support evaluation decisions
  • Coordinate due diligence tracking and follow-ups while aligning to security and product guidelines
  • Synthesize market and competitive insights to inform roadmap discussions and prioritization
  • Collaborate with technology, design, and business partners to clarify requirements and support delivery milestones
  • Maintain clear documentation to support product decisions, learnings, and release readiness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related technology role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Interest in identity, data, security, or digital products
  • Strong organizational skills and structured problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, with no visa sponsorship available

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with technology or financial services
  • Experience supporting product launches and adoption plans
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing client and partner feedback
  • Experience performing basic market and competitive research
