As a Product Associate in the Global Banking Platform team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. You will also work closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, and will contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job responsibilities

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Experience with product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements to functional requests
  • Ability to write epics and stories with applicable acceptance criteria to meet the definition of ready
  • Core Banking knowledge or prior experience with core banking products a plus
  • Ability to work closely with Product Manager to execute on roadmap by planning work with scrum teams and dependencies with impacted partners
