Senior Product Associate, Fraud - Trust & Security

As a Senior Product Associate in Trust & Security, you will help shape solutions leading to advancement across the many critical applications in our fraud data ecosystem. You will work with our fraud strategy partners to gather, define data requirements for identifying fraud. You will collaborate with our technology partners to deliver new capabilities for continuing to fight fraud. You will help enable the continuing evolution of our product vision and contribute to building out our roadmaps. While your role requires both business and technical skills including expertise in everything from data management to functional design, it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. You will offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, product teams, and technology resources to ensure highest quality deliverables, processes, and experiences while promoting the values, culture, and brand of JPMorganChase.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with other Fraud Product Owners, and Fraud strategists on initiatives to facilitate and drive customer focused solutions across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert to major business processes and supporting applications/capabilities
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Elicit accurate functional and technical requirements and document user epics and stories with supporting acceptance criteria.
  • Create test plans, conduct user acceptance testing and track any open defects thru resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing software systems to meet business requirements, working with stakeholders and technology partners. Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Support all controls related activities surrounding data use, data management, and data governance.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in an environment of continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Sound proficiency with project tracking and process documentation tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and share concepts clearly & unambiguously. Being able to discuss topics with across varied audiences of business & technical resources. Comfortable creating and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience with fraud and digital payments-products.
