Senior Product Associate - Employee Platform Content Creation

As a Senior Product Associate in Employee Platform Content Creation play a central role in managing and advancing our AI agenda within our Collaboration Product Team. This position will coordinate firmwide strategy and lead day-to-day delivery for our M365 Copilot implementation in conjunction with the team that manages our Teams platform. You will work closely with Engineering and Product Security reviewing features and configurations, plan product adoption support with our Change Management teams, and partner with Communications teams on awareness campaigns critical to helping our employees change the way they work. You will need to be both strategic, helping create a vision for this capability with input from senior leaders; but also execution oriented, managing the details of our enablement.

With teams based in Jersey City and India (Bengaluru), this role will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and execution. We are an agile, multi-functional team that thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.


  • Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product


  • Help with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.


  • Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.


  • Work collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work


  • Work closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows


  • Conduct market research and track industry developments


  • Define and manage the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability


  • Oversee and drive the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product


  • Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • +2 years expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


  • Familiarity with common technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential.


  • Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrations


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers


  • Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions


  • Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations


  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies


  • An understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Alteryx, etc.)


  • Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders


  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders


  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
