Senior Product Associate, Content Lifecycle Management

As a Senior Product Associate in Content Management Lifecycle, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Helps define and execute product vision and roadmap for our CMS platform, ensuring it delivers unique value beyond AEM's base capabilities
  • Drives differentiation through innovative features such as AI-driven content activation, advanced workflows, headless & omnichannel delivery, and integration with marketing & analytics platforms
  • Partners closely with engineering leaders to translate the roadmap into scalable, high-quality solutions with enterprise-grade performance
  • Builds strong alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and market impact
  • Continuously monitors market trends, competitive landscape, and enterprise customer feedback to refine strategy
  • Represents the product in executive forums, analyst briefings, and customer discussions, positioning our CMS as a category leader

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS or platform products
  • Experience driving product differentiation on top of foundational platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define, validate, and execute long-term product vision
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of AI in content management, personalization, and headless/omnichannel delivery
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Adobe Experience Manager Skillset: proficiency in authoring, workflows, templates, and components for product development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating and editing web graphics and digital assets
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Developing multimedia content strategies for various platforms, using analytics to measure performance, and creating engaging, SEO-friendly content, which can include video, images, and text
