Senior Product Associate - Consumer Banking Sales Incentive & Growth

As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Banking Sales Incentive & Growth, you will play a key role in driving the development and continuous improvement of our branch sales incentive products. You will use user research, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including business, technology, and product partners-to shape the future of our products and ensure ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, user research, and market discovery.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Conduct detailed business analysis and research for issues, changes, and new functionality related to branch sales incentive processes
  • Document workflows, technical processes, and create mock-ups to support product understanding and development
  • Participate in and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including basic UAT planning
  • Lead occasional special initiatives or new practices for the product team and provide product analyst support across various product areas

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs)
  • Ability to develop testing personas and use cases
  • Prior experience partnering with technology teams
  • Controls mindset and proactive issues management, including health checks, triage, and root cause analysis
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in change management and strong relationship management
  • Highly adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
