As a Senior Product Associate - Cards Fraud Assessments within Trust & Security, you will be instrumental in shaping the technology solutions that promote our operations. Positioned at the crossroads of business and technology, you will collaborate with colleagues across various business lines to understand challenges and opportunities. This knowledge will be transformed into high-quality technical requirements. Furthermore, you will coordinate with technical delivery teams to ensure that the solutions not only meet all requirements but also provide an exceptional business and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Owner in developing and maintaining a roadmap/pipeline
  • Schedule and lead technical elaboration sessions with stakeholders and tech partners; gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases, documenting user personas and writing Functional Specification Documents as part of user stories
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads/Architects during solution design/architecture
  • Elicit System Technical Requirements and associated Data requirements
    • Conduct technical JAD sessions and understand interface/integration approach
    • Real time experience in Service Oriented Design and Technology (Rest APIs, Micro Services, Kafka, Webservices, MQ messaging)
    • Must Define/write API specifications with external/internal systems (Define Request/Response data structures Json, yml, Avro and xml)
    • Design thought process and data mapping
      • Creating Technical Process Flows: Data Flow Diagrams, swim-lane diagrams and Sequence diagrams
      • Sound knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio
    • Support during internal testing and functional testing using Postman or SOAP UI
  • Excellent data querying and analysis skills using SQL
  • Work closely with the System User Acceptance Test team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in technical business analysis in related industry
  • Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBMS
  • Prior Web based development experience is a plus (J2EE, Web services, API development, Data streaming etc.,)
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Prior experience in financial / banking institutions is a plus, especially with digital or payments-related products
