Senior Product, Associate

Job Summary
As the Senior Associate, Product Management - AI Agentic Experiences within our Product Management team, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered learning agents that generate content in various formats. You will partner with segment leads to define outcomes and manage integrations with internal platforms, ensuring compliance with governance, ethics, and data standards. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with segment partners, lead a team of product managers and engineers, and communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning, mapped to segment-specific outcomes.
- Build and manage AI agents that generate learning content in multiple formats.
- Oversee integrations with internal platforms (IMW, Search, JPMC UI, Web).
- Collaborate with segment partners to identify and prioritize use cases.
- Ensure compliance with governance, ethics, and data standards.
- Lead a team of product managers and engineers to deliver agentic solutions.
- Track and report on agentic experience performance and impact.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 4+ years in product management, with experience in AI, learning technologies, or agentic systems.
- Strong technical background and understanding of AI integrations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
