Senior Product Associate

The Senior Product Associate supports the development and optimization of digital card acquisition and onboarding initiatives for the Partner Card portfolio. This role is part of the Cobrand Cards organization within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. The Senior Product Associate will focus on supporting the delivery of acquisition and onboarding solutions to enhance customer experiences.
As a Senior Product Associate on the Cobrand Acquisitions and Onboarding team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative acquisition capabilities and streamlined user experiences to grow the business.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver and support acquisition and onboarding initiatives for our Cobrand portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that support partner objectives and improve customer experiences
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to inform product strategy and identify opportunities
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of digital user journeys, focusing on reducing friction and streamlining processes.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and project updates to senior leadership and partner stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts, requirements, and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2-3 years in financial services, preferably within the credit card industry
- 2-3 years supporting product initiatives that leverage data-driven insights; experience using analysis and reporting tools to inform product decisions
- Experience working in Agile teams or projects, including creating epics and stories in Jira to capture and communicate business and technical requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present technical information clearly.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in credit card acquisitions and onboarding; specifically for Cobrand partnerships
- Strong communicator, able to bridge gaps between technical and business teams
- Collaborative, willing to support team goals and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools; proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio a plus.
