Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Morgan Health is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO Morgan Health and Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy, as well as provide additional support to other members of the Morgan Health team. The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs while delivering accurate and high-quality results.
As a Senior Executive Assistant at Morgan Health, you will manage competing priorities with exceptional judgment, flexibility, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. In this role, you will support the CEO, Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy, providing critical assistance that enables them to focus on strategic objectives. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders across JPMC and with external partners, directly contributing to the advancement of Morgan Health's mission and goals.
Job responsibilities
- Provide support for Morgan Health CEO and Chief of Staff and Head of Communications & Policy
- Manage complex schedule - prioritizing requests, responding promptly, delivering high-quality results, coordinating with team, and recording relevant details for all engagements
- Handle travel arrangements - reserve travel arrangements through JPM's online booking system or travel agency, coordinate details with Executives, record details on calendars, troubleshoot when there are travel disruptions
- Complete expense reports for travel and other business-related expenses
- Support team with special projects and day-to-day tasks, including meeting logistics and support for quarterly team meetings and other engagements with external parties
- Coordinate with communications team on speaking engagement logistics, including scheduling, travel, and materials

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least five years of administrative experience, with experience and demonstrated good judgment supporting C-Suite Executives or other senior executives
- Extremely well organized, flexible, with strong project management skills
- Work with speed, and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively, but also handle matters independently when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
- Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
