Senior Associate - Six Circles Fund Admin Team

Join a dynamic Fund Administration Team overseeing all aspects of Six Circles Trust operations within J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Manage relationships with sub-advisers and service providers, supporting over $130 billion in net assets. Drive valuation, risk management, regulatory reporting, and process automation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Senior Associate in the Fund Administration Team, you oversee daily and monthly fund operations for the Six Circles Trust. You ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and support process improvements across multiple funds and service providers. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and drive automation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, prepare, and review work completed by two direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Execute components of a risk-focused oversight model, addressing fund risks related to daily and monthly net asset values, distributions, and tax compliance through documentation, analytical reviews, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
  • Prepare and review monthly valuation committee materials, liquidity risk management reports, and derivatives reporting (18f-4), and support annual activities related to derivatives and liquidity risk management.
  • Compile, support, and review the Funds' financial statements and regulatory filings prepared by the administrator. Review and sign off on disclosure control procedures in support of the annual audit, monthly N-PORT filings, annual N-CEN filings, and prospectus updates.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for senior stakeholders.
  • Utilize Excel and Python to analyze fund data, automate routine reporting tasks, and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of fund administration processes. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement data-driven process improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 7+ years of experience within financial services in asset or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of managed products (mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, separately managed accounts) and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex fund data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Python or VBA for data analysis and automation
