Senior Associate, Proprietary Wallets Go-To-Market

As a Senior Associate on the Proprietary Wallets Go-To-Market team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital product suite. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Controls, and Data & Analytics teams to oversee product performance, ensure robust process documentation, and maintain audit readiness. Your collaboration with cross-functional partners will be key to preparing for each phase of product and feature launches. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail will help you identify opportunities for improvement and ensure successful release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily exception monitoring, validation, and remediation for all Proprietary Wallets products, ensuring service level agreements are met and coordinating with technology and co-supplier teams as necessary.
- Track and report on product performance, analyzing key platform health metrics to spot trends and recommend enhancements.
- Manage the end-to-end process for production issues, including logging, tracking, and resolving defects.
- Conduct competitive intelligence activities, including monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor products and strategies, and providing actionable insights to inform Go-To-Market planning and product positioning.
- Act as the primary Go-To-Market contact for Data & Analytics and Product Management, leading executive escalations, conducting research, engaging partners, and communicating root cause analyses and incident updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure accountability for execution.
- Lead the design, documentation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of new products and services, including procedures and system integrations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Go-To-Market initiatives, delivering regular updates and insights to executive leadership.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape future Go-To-Market strategies and guide product enhancements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering recommendations and updates on Go-To-Market initiatives and market developments.
- Continuously refine Go-To-Market processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product management, competitive intelligence, data & analytics, Controls, strategy, or related roles
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market entries
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of the organization
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Experience in reporting, customer insights and Controls
- Experience in Financial Services or Tech sector is a plus
- Experience supporting product development
