As an Senior Associate Program Manager within Employee Experience (EX), you'll lead, coordinate, and scale programs that leverage analytics to inform the product roadmap and drive measurable impact. You will focus on visibility, communication, adoption support, and ways of working-ensuring analytics efforts are understood, coordinated, and effectively used by internal partners. You'll help shape the future of employee experience at JPMC by driving operational excellence and supporting data-driven decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.
- Partner with the Product Analytics and Insights team to support their book of work, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.

- Coordinate and track analytics-driven initiatives that support the EX product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project plans, milestones, and team workflows using Jira; continuously improve Jira processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of analytics requests from stakeholders, aligning requests with team capacity and strategic objectives.
- Maintain team operating artifacts (intake logs, roadmaps, communication trackers) and document/improve repeatable processes.
- Support planning cycles, cross-team alignment sessions, and facilitate effective ways of working across analytics teams.
- Prepare concise leadership updates and executive summaries for senior stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support the delivery of our insights and adoption to dashboards ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and drive actionable insights.
- Track and report on key metrics such as project delivery timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, and analytics adoption rates.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Tableau).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting product development or employee experience initiatives.
- Comfort with change management and adoption strategies.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
