We are looking to add a Senior Associate, Commercial Office to Wealth Management - Managed Investments. Managed Investments is responsible for the management and/or implementation for close to $1trillion of assets across various lines of business and programs, including Chase Wealth and the Private Bank. As we look to scale our wealth advisory business and grow the assets under management, it is critical to transform and innovate the capabilities we are able to offer and support, achieving greater efficiency, reducing risks and ultimately delivering greater value add services to advisors and clients. The individual who steps into this role will work with Managed Investments Leadership to build new capabilities for the future by developing and executing a roadmap to deliver clear outcomes. The individual will work closely with the Managed Investments Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to manage multiple transformation and renovation projects across the team.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate - Commercial Office within Managed Investments, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our capabilities. You will work closely with the Managed Investments Leadership to develop and execute a roadmap for the future, managing multiple transformation and renovation projects. Your role will require a deep understanding of our strategic goals, a skillful approach to managing complex, multi-team workstreams, and a passion for pursuing radical improvements. Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Managed Investments Commercial Office in all aspects of managing the team, ranging from supporting the teams' day-to-day needs to leading high-profile, strategic initiatives
  • Drive the planning and execution of the New Capabilities pillar
  • Develop a detailed understanding of current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives; develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offering and trading processes
  • Provide structure and communication around key decision-making forums
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Collaborate with functional partners across the organization to help achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial services, wealth management or investments organizations or consulting
  • 3+ years of experience in complex project management, transformation projects, technology applications, or equivalent expertise
  • Ability to synthesize information to formulate a message for Senior Management
  • Prior experience creating high quality presentations used for executive level management communication and transparency into program strategy and progress
  • Understands broad-ranging information and new concepts quickly and able to distil into key points
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
