Join a team where your product leadership helps shape premium travel experiences end to end. You'll partner with experts across engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver capabilities customers love.

As a Senior Associate Product Lead Premium Travel in Chase Travel, you will set product direction for premium lodging experiences and drive delivery from discovery through launch. You'll use data and customer journey insights to prioritize the roadmap, improve experiences, and increase adoption.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for premium lodging capabilities
  • Assess customer needs and quantify value using qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Prioritize work against the product roadmap to maximize customer and business impact
  • Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, servicing, and operations to deliver features end to end
  • Drive agile execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality product delivery
  • Influence stakeholders by aligning on goals, trade-offs, and delivery plans
  • Track performance and outcomes to inform iteration and future roadmap decisions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of product management, product owner, or related digital product experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities
  • Ability to translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience developing product strategy and engaging customers or stakeholders to validate needs
  • Experience turning analysis into clear, decision-driving narratives and presentations
  • Experience leading delivery through influence in cross-functional teams
  • Experience partnering with operations, risk, or controls stakeholders
