Securities Services Product Delivery Manager - Billing & Client Lifecycle Solutions
Join a dynamic team in the Corporate and Investment Bank's Securities Services business, where you will design products and services for complex and sophisticated global Asset Managers and Owners. As a Vice President, you will lead critical product development workstreams specializing in client billing transformation, engaging with sales, pricing, product, technology, operations, and vendors to expand our toolset and product offering. You will drive an AI- and data-centered vision to simplify client experience, improve efficiency, and enable continual evolution across our global product offering. The successful candidate will be adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, negotiation, and communication, with a bias towards action. Lead high-impact initiatives, champion innovative products, collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the firm, and accelerate your career growth with senior leadership exposure and advancement.
Job responsibilities
- Lead product execution for a billing capability portfolio, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight across technology and operations partners. The role will set clear success measures, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in reliability, timeliness, and client outcomes
- Establish and run an effective governance cadence, including executive-ready reporting, decision forums, and stakeholder alignment routines. This includes creating crisp materials for senior leadership, proactively surfacing risks and trade-offs, and driving timely decisions to keep delivery on track
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Finance, Controls, and Client Coverage to stabilize and transition in-flight work, reduce operational pain points, and ensure appropriate controls and documentation are in place. The role will manage escalations with urgency and accountability, including rapid-response triage for production issues and high-priority client impacts
- Drive a data-centered product approach by improving requirements quality, instrumentation, and performance metrics (e.g., invoice accuracy, variance rates, dispute cycle times, data feed timeliness). The role will identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows across analysis, exception management, and root-cause diagnostics, aligned to governance and risk standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or program delivery within financial services, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption
- strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, align diverse interests, and operate effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Controls functions
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to define KPIs, measure outcomes, and drive prioritization decisions. Experience translating operational processes into requirements, workflows, and control-aligned solutions is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready materials, lead governance forums, and manage escalations with clarity and accountability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with billing, invoicing, fee setup/maintenance, reconciliations, client reporting, and/or data feed delivery within institutional financial services
- Delivering platform modernization, operating model uplift, or automation initiatives-particularly those leveraging AI or advanced analytics in a controlled enterprise environment
- Demonstrated people leadership or team coordination experience, including mentoring junior team members and leading through influence in matrixed organizations
