As a Planning & Analysis (P&A) Associate in CCOR P&A, you will support our P&A leads with responsibilities that include financial planning & analysis oversight, coordination of location strategy and real estate, and driving organization optimization initiatives. You provide reporting and analysis on key performance metrics such as direct/indirect expenses, headcount, allocations to front office LOB's, and budgeting and forecasting. You will use your sound analytical and organizational skills to consolidate and present data in meaningful ways, always seeking solutions. You will provide coverage of specific CCOR functions while also supporting overall central CCOR P&A team, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze performance and forecasts for direct and indirect expenses for CCOR, including expense and headcount variance explanations, trend analysis, and monthly forecast updates.
- Assist with annual financial planning processes, including run rate analysis, expense savings opportunities and allocation methodology.
- Collaborate with CCOR P&A leads to identify, measure, and define allocation methodologies for services provided to LOB's, and analyze allocation reports for variances to plan.
- Complete monthly financial close activities, including management reporting adjustments, forecast/outlook, and General Ledger review and investigations.
- Maintain cost center hierarchy compliance with legal entity requirements and reporting expectations, and track hierarchy changes and headcount movements.
- Partner with business leads to understand risks and opportunities, trends, future impacts and provide actionable conclusions.
- Design, develop, and refine dashboards to evaluate trends and offer insights.
- Delivering ad-hoc analytics for key business indicators and metrics reporting.
- Identify ongoing process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Track efficiency and investment progress and assist with reconciling team wide budget transfers.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years of related work experience.
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, initiate change, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships, engaging regularly with management, staff, and finance teams.
- Show initiative and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment and building strong partnerships.
- Organize tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to exercising sound judgment and maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Essbase/Anaplan XL.
- Technical adaptability and experience with Hyperion/Essbase and SAP.
- Experience with SQL and Databricks preferred, with the ability to build and deploy Intelligent Solutions (Alteryx; Tableau; Python).
- Knowledge of Atoti or Anaplan XL.
- Prior P&A experience.
