As a FRRA Innovation Solutions Analyst in the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) Innovation team, you design and implement business intelligence solutions that automate and enhance regulatory reporting processes. You collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, drive technology innovation, and support strategic initiatives. You help us increase productivity, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality data solutions. Together, we create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process automation solutions using business intelligence tools
  • Drive process discovery by partnering with key business stakeholders
  • Deliver timely and efficient solutions by following established project lifecycles
  • Engage with FRRA process owners, Center of Excellence teams, and Control partners
  • Assist with project management, including planning, task management, design, testing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with system and data owners to improve data quality and automate manual tasks
  • Develop expertise in strategic data source systems to enhance information delivery
  • Communicate analysis and findings clearly to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Participate in and lead innovation forums to share best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends in process automation, analytics, and innovation
  • Support strategic initiatives related to operating model and technology transformation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in analytics, reporting, and process automation solutions
  • Advanced data transformation skills using Alteryx and/or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience delivering complex data transformation, reporting, and analytics initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to support operational risk mitigation and efficiency gains
  • Experience partnering with senior managers and project leads
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Certifications in process automation or data analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or RPA tools such as UiPath
  • Experience with process review, discovery, and reengineering
  • Understanding of workflow automation tools such as Pega or ServiceNow
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Finance experience
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting in global organizations
