Reference Data Specialist
Join Digital Document Services to support clients with timely, accurate transaction management and document expertise, resolving exceptions and inquiries with a strong control mindset.
As a Digital Document Specialist in Digital Document Services, you will provide operational and subject matter expertise to clients by executing end-to-end transaction management activities with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and control. You will ensure client inquiries and exceptions are resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining strong ownership and client focus. You will also contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives and, as needed, support regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute assigned transaction management tasks in a timely manner and to defined quality standards
- Ensure all aspects of client transaction management are completed on time and escalate issues as needed
- Resolve exceptions and client inquiries with urgency, accuracy, and clear ownership
- Innovate by identifying process improvement and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and risk
- Manage assigned work independently with little or no supervision, prioritizing effectively across tasks
- Perform regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as required by the process
- Maintain excellent client focus and customer care practices while operating with a strong risk and control mindset
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Bachelor's degree and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in banking operations or transaction support
- Knowledge of financial services industry/products/processes with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver high accuracy
- Ability to interpret legal language in documents and understand potential impacts; willingness and flexibility to work during US hours with a control mindset to identify issues and risks
