Help keep client documentation accurate, controlled, and ready for regulatory and operational needs in Digital Document Services. Lead metrics and strategic initiatives, partnering with Controls, Tech, Ops, Sales, Legal, Product to drive continuous improvement.

As a Reference Data Associate within Digital Document Services, you manage business metrics and lead strategic projects to keep client documentation accurate, controlled, and ready for regulatory and operational needs. You partner with controls, technology, operations, sales, legal, and product stakeholders to resolve issues, strengthen process controls, and deliver service outcomes. You build a culture of continuous improvement by driving reporting discipline, workflow management, capacity planning, and consistent stakeholder communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify issues proactively and coordinate with internal partners (e.g., client service professionals, legal) to resolve disputed points within defined timelines.
  • Deliver process controls that ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Resolve BAU and project issues within agreed timeframes and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and risks.
  • Generate reports and scorecards, present insights in operations forums, and provide capacity and contingency planning.
  • Monitor workflow and support Team Leaders to ensure equitable distribution of work and stable delivery.
  • Manage internal SLAs and communicate performance to stakeholders through effective reporting and governance routines.
  • Work flexibly to accommodate business needs and ensure continuity of service.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • MBA in Finance with 8+ years experience in operations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Project
  • Strong knowledge of a global bank operational environment, including management and external reporting; investment banking process and system knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver day-to-day management while planning and executing projects/initiatives with inclusive leadership

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with 8+ years experience in operations
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with strong team management skills
  • Experience driving continuous improvement through metrics, workflow optimization, and stakeholder governance
  • Demonstrated capability managing high-performing teams with diverse experience and skill sets
