RBAC Data & Enablement Specialist
Job responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes in partnership with CIB RBAC teams, developing technology solutions such as Alteryx workflows and Excel macros.
• Provide technical expertise and support to RBAC team members, delivering ad-hoc data analysis and reporting solutions, and developing self-service capabilities where possible.
• Design and maintain business intelligence and data visualization tools to support strategic decision-making, leveraging platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Coordinate with external technology teams to identify gaps in current tooling, define enhancement requirements, and communicate CIB RBAC data needs to support continuous process improvement.
• Document all developed technology solutions in accordance with firm compliance requirements, maintaining clear and comprehensive records.
• Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in technology solutions and reporting processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, programming, or similar areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is required (Python, SQL).
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and utilizing JIRA
• Data visualization skills, with proven experience in Tableau, Qlik or Power BI
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Database Management / AI Certifications are a plus
