As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate in the Product Strategy Team within Connected Commerce Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in developing data-driven solutions that optimize commercial transactions and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product strategy, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation. In this role, you will apply your quantitative and problem-solving skills to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to advanced analytics projects across diverse operational functions, channels, and products, helping us deliver value to our clients and the firm.

The Product Strategy Team ensures our solutions meet market needs by leveraging analytics to prioritize features and support business objectives. Your work will directly impact the evolution of Connected Commerce products and the overall client experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Participate in data science projects to generate actionable insights that influence business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex analytical solutions end-to-end, including data mining, exploratory analysis, experiment design, and model development.
  • Architect robust, efficient, and scalable data pipelines and analytics frameworks using cloud-based technologies and programming languages.
  • Present findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, through clear reports and visualizations.
  • Set and align expectations regarding project timelines and scope, managing priorities to meet commitments.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with cross-functional partners to understand business strategies, develop goals, and influence key decisions with data.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related).
  • Minimum two years of financial services industry experience in business analytics roles.
  • Minimum two years of experience with analytics technologies and tools (SQL, Spark, Python, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Unix, Excel Pivot) in a big data environment.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to address complex business problems through quantitative methods.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with hands-on experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI techniques.
  • Experience in AI engineering and MLOps.
