As a Quant Analytics Manager on the Open Banking Analytics Team, you'll be driving data and analytics strategy, execution, and innovation for Open Banking capabilities to support customers and external parties and ensure secure data sharing for our customers. You will work closely with quad partners (Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk) to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely and collaborate with Product teams, Data management teams, Strategy teams, Technology Teams and broader D&A organization resources across multiple functional units to understand business requirements and objectives
- Lead conversations with and provide consultative support to the Open Banking Quad
- Structure and execute analysis to enable strategic decisions, set targets, and identify opportunities
- Translate data into meaningful insights and present a compelling story to stakeholders for decision making
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes and reporting to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative or other applicable field and 5+ years of experience in an analytics, product management or related role
- Experience managing analytics solutions and delivery within a complex organizational structure
- Ability to provide insights, manage stakeholder expectations, influence decision-making at all levels
- Hands on experience performing analysis and reporting using technologies such as SQL, Python, R
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Proficient using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to pull data using multiple joins, sub-queries, and advanced functions in an enterprise-scale database environment (Teradata, Hadoop, AWS, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data wrangling tools such as SAS EG, SAS Viya, Python, Snowflake and Alteryx is key
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
- Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation (Tableau preferred)
