Derivative Operations offers a unique opportunity to provide operational support across Corporate and Investment Banking, encompassing essential product areas such as Foreign Exchange, Over-the-Counter Derivatives, Principal Collateral, Third Party Derivatives, Cleared Derivatives, Agency Collateral, Billing, and Client Asset Sourcebook.

Job Summary

As an Associate in Collateral Operations, you will be responsible for Project Management, Innovation, Automation and day to day governance support across global locations. You will be interacting with multiple Operations & Technology teams within the organization to provide business support.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for automation leveraging advanced tools and solutions proactively.
  • Plan, execute, and implement complex transformation projects strategically.
  • Manage analysis requirements and coordinate across multiple stakeholders collaboratively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on BAU and project progress consistently.
  • Ensure effective project governance, meet deadlines, deliver within budget, and adhere to risk mitigation protocols disciplinedly.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalate as needed resourcefully.
  • Re-engineer business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency innovatively.
  • Examine system infrastructure and process flows to identify gaps and opportunities analytically.
  • Document business requirements in collaboration with operations and client-facing teams; articulate requirements to technology and product development teams thoroughly.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project milestones and timelines methodically.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Graduate with experience of 8 years in any financial services, with a global banking environment.
  • Accomplished in implementing projects leveraging robotics and automation tools.
  • Balanced in analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Structured in solving well-defined problems, delivering accurate quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Familiar with global banking processes and operational environments.
  • Familiar and experience with Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, Visio, etc.
