Project Analyst - Commercial & Specialized Industries - Analyst
You are customer focused, enjoy developing talent and managing programs. A role as a Project Analyst for Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries is for you.
As a Project Analyst within the Middle Market Banking Program Team, you will focus on developing talent in banking, underwriting and treasury fundamentals. You will report into the National Program Director and will assist in managing the execution of early talent programming for both Analyst and Associate populations, as well as provide support to Business Managers in day-to-day program management responsibilities and engagement. Collaborating with specialists in Human Resources, Finance and Business Management, and Business Operations are also instrumental to you successfully delivering this program.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Management team across all program-related tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, recruiting, training, rotation process, and post-program placement process
- Attend & facilitate meetings and program sessions as needed, take strong notes and drive follow-ups for the team
- Provide daily, tactical support of the projects and workstreams for the C&SI Analyst Program
- Maintain program roadmap and calendar of events
- Interface with business representatives from across the Commercial Bank; Coordinate events /sessions logistics which may include traveling to program locations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 1 plus years relevant experience post-college graduation; experience in a program/project management role, Human Resources, or recruiting is a plus
- Completed BA/BS degree (all majors considered)
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Data fluency is a plus.
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Exhibit sound judgement, agility, and the ability to work as a team player; Ability to travel to various office locations
