As a Program/Project Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will lead the planning and execution of key internal events. Your work will craft and implement forums to inform our teams about business priorities and help to build a connected, cohesive organizational culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute internal events that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal channels, such as monthly digests, team meetings, organizational announcements, and intranet stories.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to maximize event impact and alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate events and internal communications.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective event plans and communication strategies tailored to multi-discipline stakeholder audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated storytelling ability to simplify complex topics and craft compelling narratives on event initiatives that support business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, skilled in problem-solving and solution development.
  • Flexible and empathetic approach to seeking improvement opportunities and finding solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships across teams and stakeholders.
