Join our Global Real Estate team to lead impactful monitoring programs and drive business integrity across our real estate portfolio.

As a Program Management Lead - Global Real Estate Monitoring - Vice President, in Global Real Estate, you will drive business integrity risk management monitoring programs, collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, manage team reporting, internal business operations and third-party consultant management, and leverage data analytics to optimize team performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to monitoring programs for higher-risk global real estate projects and programs, proactively mitigating business integrity risks and enhancing controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives and align real estate operations with business integrity objectives.
  • Lead business transformation by driving process enhancements and strategic initiatives at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
  • Leverage AI to optimize team performance, maximize efficiency, and proactively monitor business integrity risks at scale across the firm's global real estate portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal team reporting, develop and manage third-party consultant budgets, procurement and draft business cases to develop opportunities for enhancement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program or business management within a corporate environment, real estate developer, construction company, financial institution, or government agency.
  • Strong analytical skills in performance improvement, process optimization, automation, and technical expertise in systems and workflows.
  • Effective collaborator and communicator skilled in business operations, stakeholder collaboration, innovation, AI integration, and process improvements.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational analytics, manage third-party consultant engagements and budget oversight, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Advanced ability in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Tableau.
