As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Digital Workflows Client Services, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.
Job responsibilities
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
- Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing need
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure deliverable outcomes align with overall business goals, and support by tracking of operational and key results.
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Work closely with internal customers to understand their requirements and target user experiences
- Come up with innovative ideas to track, report and present platform adoption rates to ensure the project is achieving the agreed benefits.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure with multiple teams and deadlines.
- Ability to be in the details, as well as distill and filter the right information for the right audience.
