Product Operations Change Management Vice President
Join the Product Operations team, to help mature and enhance a disciplined change management function that enables the Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization to consistently adopt new ways of working.
As a Vice President on the Change Management team, you will define and improve a repeatable framework that drives sustained adoption, promotes transparency, and embeds continuous feedback. In this role you will serve as a pillar lead, owning a portfolio of change initiatives and partnering directly with change owners and key stakeholders to translate business priorities into an integrated change strategy, leveraging change management principles to help the community understand, prepare for, and champion change - ultimately strengthening adoption and enhancing the overall product operating model. Job Responsibilities
- Lead planning, prioritization, piloting, scaling, and measurement of changes that impact the Product, Experience & Technology (PXT) community to drive sustained adoption and an effective pace of change
- Maintain transparency of the PXT change agenda by managing the change calendar and backlog; collaborate with stakeholders to identify cross-impacts across personas and resolve conflicts
- Manage a portfolio of large-scale changes and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver them through the end-to-end change management lifecycle
- Define and scope change initiatives, identify key stakeholders, and establish clear success metrics
- Develop planning artifacts (project plans, impact assessments, communications and training plans) to enable thoughtful execution
- Document audience personas and change impacts to inform recommendations on timing and rollout approaches
- Facilitate retrospectives and reinforce changes as needed to ensure sustainment
- Gather stakeholder feedback and sentiment throughout the lifecycle and adjust strategies to improve adoption
- Provide regular status updates to sponsors, project teams, and key stakeholders
- Define, monitor, and report on success metrics and employee sentiment to ensure disciplined, intentional management of change impacts with measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities and drive enhancements the change management process based on ongoing monitoring and feedback

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Change Management, Project Management, Process Design, Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, Product, or Business Management roles
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at forging strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
- Self-motivated and able to work with high degree of independence and ownership
- Ability to design and operationalize processes from strategic intent through to E2E execution
- Excellent attention to detail, program / project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating matrixed environment / ambiguous environment and defining direction
- Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prosci change management certification and/or demonstrated change management experience preferred
- Product operating model and / or large-scale transformation experience preferred
- Familiarity with Agile principles and Product Management preferred
- Monday.com experience preferred

- This role requires the ability to physically work in our offices 5 days a week
