Product Marketing Field Lead Associate
The Product Marketing team, located in New York, serves as a strategic arm of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management marketing organization. This team is dedicated to launching advice-driven wealth management products and driving their success in the market. Their responsibilities include analyzing the target audience, shaping the products' value proposition, and creating strategies to effectively promote and sell these products throughout every stage of the marketing funnel.
As a Product Marketing Field Lead Associate within Consumer & Community Banking, you will focus specifically on our advice-led business, delivering impactful marketing support to a rapidly growing advisor network. You will lead the transformation of our marketing resource site, making it a go-to source that truly empowers advisors, while overseeing creative strategies, updates and distribution of essential sales materials. By establishing a vibrant marketing pillar within onboarding and training, you will help shape the next generation of advisor success and play a key role in leading clear, compelling communications across the field in partnership with our communications team.
Job responsibilities
- Manage ongoing advisor requests and questions related to all marketing activity for over 5,000 advisors
- Own and simplify the advisor website experience
- Support program management content and monthly training updates for all marketing launches and key business needs, including ownership for major program initiatives requiring senior leader alignment
- Manage print and digital materials for key initiatives, including the marketing strategy and distribution to branches and advisors
- Manage physical advisor sales support materials, including ongoing inventory management, updated designs and printing
- Establish a marketing pillar within J.P. Morgan's prestigious Advisor Growth Program & advisor onboarding
- Own urgent marketing communications requests (e.g., market vol, crisis management)
- Develop and contribute to the research roadmap by conducting competitive intelligence, administering advisor surveys, and facilitating rapid research testing with internal partners and external agencies.
- Understand the customer buying journey and identify opportunities to enhance the sales funnel.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 4+ years of experience; Bachelors Degree required
- Help set strategies, build roadmaps and develop go-to-market plans for new launches that support key business goals
- Learn how to handle multiple executive stakeholders in a high paced and dynamic environment
- Hone critical thinking and problem solving skills, while strengthening both B2B and B2C skills
- Build a strong core skill set in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Develop skills in evaluating market trends and competitive research and providing strategic recommendations for the business.
- Gain experience in streamlining processes (both technology and workflow) and understanding the synergy between technology and human actions for a seamless customer experience
- Refine skills in data analysis and synthesis to provide operational recommendations
