As a Product Manager in Chief Data and Analytics Office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable observability and AIOps solutions.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation within the product team.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of shared services, including notifications and search.
- Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Utilize your technical expertise to guide the team in implementing best practices in observability and AIOps.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.
- Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with AIOps, utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance observability capabilities, automate monitoring processes, and improve system reliability.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation at scale.
- Strong network within the tech industry, with the ability to leverage external partnerships and collaborations.
