As a Product Manager within the Consumer Community Banking Home Lending Infrastructure, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to promote innovation and enhance existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. As part of the Home Lending Transformation and Product Organization, you will contribute to the delivery of technology initiatives. Working in an agile environment, you will follow a defined sprint schedule to introduce new and improved technology features. Reporting to the Area Product Owner, you will document new and modified functionalities for key stakeholders, manage multiple scrum teams, and guide projects to ensure quality and timely completion. You will own the end-to-end responsibility for features, from ideation to implementation and support, while addressing production-related issues. Your role will involve contributing to the strategic development and execution of the product roadmap, facilitating customer-focused solutions, and writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. As a subject matter expert, you will plan and execute comprehensive testing and keep leaders and team members informed to foster engagement.

Job Responsibilities
- Document new and modified functionality for key stakeholders, including Sales, Underwriting, Support, Quality, Servicing, and Risk.
- Manage multiple scrum teams and projects with cross-department or line-of-business impacts.
- Lead direct reports and guide teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Direct activities, monitor details, and set priorities to align with the Product Goal.
- Own end-to-end responsibility for features from ideation through implementation, maintenance, and support, while managing production-related issues.
- Contribute to the strategic development, refinement, and execution of the product roadmap.
- Facilitate and drive customer-focused solutions in collaboration with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams.
- Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and participate actively in agile events.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on major business processes and supporting applications.
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing, validating production functionality.
- Keep leaders and team members informed of key information, issues, decisions, and actions to foster engagement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Agile/Scrum Methodology experience with use of Jira or other technology process management systems required
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Experience with AWS data foundational products such as data lakes, data pipelines
- Familiarity with AI/ML-related technologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in mortgage operations, sales, risk, or underwriting, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in these areas.
- Apply previous experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, with strong skills in business analysis and writing requirements such as epics and user stories.
- Bring expertise in integration, quality assurance, and/or acceptance testing, as well as experience with system integrations, data mapping, and a technical background.
- Exhibit functional knowledge of mortgage documents and the ability to operate collaboratively with colleagues across business and technology teams.
- Communicate effectively with strong oral and written skills, presenting ideas clearly and concisely, and demonstrating outstanding presentation and leadership abilities.
- Solve problems logically and analytically, with curiosity and the ability to elicit and define problem statements, while maintaining attention to detail and working independently with strong time management.
- Maintain a client and customer-focused approach, supported by experience in research and analysis, and a proven ability to deliver results with urgency.
