Job Summary:
As a Product UAT Manager within the Service Product group, you oversee comprehensive UAT management across multiple applications and scrum teams. You drive the UAT product vision, collaborating with Product Owners to ensure seamless customer experiences. As a leader, you guide testing strategy, process improvement, and team performance in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in testing and product delivery processes
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to assess application changes
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements and automation opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with business units, IT, and product stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to test standards, plans, schedules, and procedures
  • Develop and report key metrics and trend analyses for UAT performance
  • Lead review sessions of business, technical, and design requirements
  • Assess product risk and recommend actions based on test results
  • Initiate root cause analysis and recommend UAT process improvements
  • Provide leadership and manage a global, matrixed team
  • Oversee defect prevention and lessons learned documentation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrate 12+ years of system software testing and automation experience
  • Apply expertise in automation tools such as Java, Selenium, Hammer, and Cyara
  • Lead technical testing teams on complex projects
  • Coach and guide teams toward automated testing future state
  • Plan and coordinate test activities and oversee defect resolution
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Possess ISTQB, Scrum, or PMP certification
  • Apply deep hands-on knowledge of product and testing development lifecycle
  • Oversee regression testing and test case development
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Manage global teams in a matrix environment
  • Gain exposure to servicing channels and consumer banking products
