As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Operations User Acceptance Testing team, you will lead the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles and testing enhanced application functions. You will collaborate across the organization to ensure products continuously deliver value, while gaining advanced skills and experience to grow within your role. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. The User Acceptance Testing team works closely with the business to identify, escalate monitor systems issues as well as lead testing activities for each application release. The results of testing activity are then communicated to the stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for complex applications and systems, with a primary focus on Selenium WebDriver using Java and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Enhance and optimize existing Java-based automation frameworks (including Cucumber step definitions and reusable page objects), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases and BDD feature files (Gherkin) for both UI and API layers.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and ensure defects are logged, tracked, and driven to closure.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews for test scripts, Cucumber step definitions, and framework components, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in test automation, particularly Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests (Selenium + Cucumber) for reliable, repeatable builds.
- Investigate and implement new tools and technologies to improve test automation efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Hands‑on expertise building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber BDD (required).
- Solid programming skills with strong proficiency in Java for automation; familiarity with unit test frameworks (e.g., TestNG or JUnit) and build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle).
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Advanced scripting and coding abilities for designing and maintaining Java‑based automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, data‑driven, and BDD using Cucumber).
- Knowledge of database queries and validation (e.g., SQL).
- Understanding of software architecture and integration points.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams and presenting test results.
- Ability to mentor junior testers and share automation best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
