As a Product Delivery Lead in Post Trade Technology, you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions across critical projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, turn business goals into actionable plans, and ensure measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in governance, change management, and release execution, partnering closely with stakeholders to realize business value. Your leadership will help align technology delivery with strategic objectives in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery across high-priority projects
  • Drive governance, change management, and release execution
  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to deliver business value
  • Understand product domains, user journeys, and business outcomes
  • Set high standards for documentation and executive-ready presentations
  • Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions
  • Maintain visibility of timelines, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Build and manage the book of work, quarterly plans, and release roadmap
  • Develop integrated plans aligning milestones and dependencies
  • Facilitate solutioning with engineers and champion scalable designs
  • Define measurable goals and track benefit realization
  • Analyse and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria
  • Own day-to-day delivery activities, including sprint planning and reviews
  • Promote structured sprint reviews and stakeholder feedback loops
  • Partner with Technology to design automated tests and embed quality gates
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and process optimization
  • Establish and track delivery and quality metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, multi-team environments
  • Expertise in change management or technical program management for large organizations
  • Advanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and control scope in dynamic settings
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Detailed understanding and experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Hands-on experience with post-trade workflows in financial services
