Product Associate - International Pay, HR Global Operations

Job Summary:
As a Product Associate in the International Pay team within HR Global Operations, you will help define and evolve the platforms and processes that support our global payroll solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver reliable, accurate, and effective payroll experiences for employees, managers, and HR professionals. Your work will drive the transformation of our HR technology, simplify processes, and enhance analytics insights. You will play a key role in optimizing and sustaining the ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud solutions, impacting over 260,000 employees worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the International Pay Product Team in day-to-day operations
- Own the end-to-end experience for stakeholders by understanding their needs and practices
- Collect business requirements and translate them into a product backlog
- Craft user stories for technology teams, referencing AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, payroll interfaces, integrations, and reporting modules
- Prioritize the product backlog and partner with teams for impact analysis and investment decisions
- Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of payroll platforms and processes
- Drive optimization and sustainment of ADP Global View and Oracle HCM cloud solutions
- Collaborate with business users to write and execute test scenarios and cases
- Identify solutions to business problems using data, process, and digital assets
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accountability for product operations, technology, and data
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience maintaining a product backlog and writing user stories and epics
- Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes or implementation of ADP Global View
- Ability to write and execute test scenarios and cases with business users
- Skill in identifying solutions using data, process, and digital assets
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage parallel tasks
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Working knowledge of Figma for design
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy for end users
