As a Process Improvement Manager in our Operational Excellence team, you will guide and certify business units in adopting lean practices, optimizing human capital, managing change effectively, preparing for audits, and documenting processes for continuous improvement. Your role involves teaching, certifying, and supporting business units to achieve operational excellence and readiness for future challenges. You will leverage your expertise in process improvement and change management to drive transformation and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver training programs and client solutions related to Operational Excellence, including lean management operating systems, human capital development, audit readiness, process modeling and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance end-to-end value chains and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build trust-based advisory relationships with key client stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring satisfaction throughout engagements..

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited learning institution.
  • 5+ years of relevant post-undergraduate work
  • Strong executive-level communication skills and presence.
  • Expertise in Lean Management, Human Capital Development, and Organizational Change Management, or another Operational Excellence discipline.
  • Proven experience in leading training and certification programs.
  • Innovative mindset willing to experiment and embrace design thinking concepts

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Internal and/or external consulting experience.
  • Drive innovation by developing creative solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project management/change management experience.
